We can make changes quickly and efficiently without breaking things, especially if we created the site from the inception. It makes sense to have us maintain our code to keep it working properly and efficiently.
Standard maintenance for a small business site can run from 1 to 3 hours per month, depending on the site content. If you have inventory on your site and wish to have changes more often, we can tailor maintenance contracts to best suit your needs.
Having a contract makes one hour of maintenance half the cost of per call maintenance.
We offer standard monthly maintenance rates to help you keep your site up to date. Our maintenance contract customers take priority. This means you can be sure that any required changes are made in a timely fashion as soon as possible. Without a contract, work is first come, first serve and you may have a short wait.
By purchasing a maintenance contract, you will pre-pay for a set amount of maintenance hours per month at a discounted rate. If you go over your allotted amount, you will also get a reduced rate for any additional maintenance work. Hours are calculated on a monthly basis, but 1/2 of your unused hours can carry to the next month for use. (Unused hours will only carry for 1 month and then they will expire) Those who choose not to purchase a maintenance contract will be charged the full rate for any maintenance.
