We can make changes quickly and efficiently without breaking things, especially if we created the site from the inception. It makes sense to have us maintain our code to keep it working properly and efficiently.
Standard maintenance for a small business site can run from 1 to 3 hours per month, depending on the site content. We recommend having at least one hour per month for small changes as necessary.
Having a contract makes one hour of maintenance half the cost of per call maintenance.
We offer standard monthly maintenance rates to help you keep your site up to date. Our maintenance contract customers take priority. This means you can be sure that any required changes are made in a timely fashion as soon as possible. Without a contract, work is first come, first serve and you may have a short wait.
By purchasing a maintenance contract, you will prepay for a set amount of maintenance hours per month at a discounted rate. If you go over your allotted amount, you will also get a reduced rate. Hours are calculated on a quarterly basis, so unused hours acrue in 3 month intervals. Those who choose not to purchase a maintenance contract will be charged the full rate for any maintenance.
